Hojo Undo are the traditional conditioning methods of Okinawan karate that existed for centuries before gyms, barbells or Venice Beach. Makiwara, chi-ishi, kongoken, nigiri game: tools made of stone, wood, and iron that build grip strength, full-body tension and mental focus.
